Dan and Mary Jo Houton are local wine importers/distributors from Montgomery County, Maryland serving Maryland and the Washington DC region.  We began Houton Purveyors to import high-quality, distinctive wines into the United States – and specifically the Washington DC region.  Currently, our portfolio focuses on wines from Portugal with new wine regions to be added soon.  Our wines are sourced from producers committed to making the finest quality wine their grapes can yield.  These wines have been carefully chosen as unique expressions of the location (“terroir”), people and cultures behind the wine.
